  • STRENGTHEN + BUILD

    Our Strength Training classes use weight training as the foundation for improving strength and body composition. Sessions include a mix of fundamental compound movements and isolation exercises designed to build strength and muscle.

    We are currently running a full-body split, focusing on three main lifts each day across 8-week training blocks. Lifts will be allocated for each day and will be different from day to day, with a strong emphasis on technique and progressive overload. Each class targets different muscle groups to ensure balanced development.

    Every session is suitable for all training levels, with modifications and progressions provided where needed. Group Training members can also track their workouts and progress through the MyPTHub app.

  • CONDITION + SWEAT

    Our Functional Training classes focus on HIIT-style circuit training, while also incorporating elements of HYROX-style training to build both endurance and performance. These sessions are designed to elevate your heart rate, improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscular endurance, and enhance overall fitness levels.

    Each class includes a mix of functional cardio movements, HYROX-inspired stations, free weights, and cardio machines to target a variety of muscle groups while keeping the intensity high. All fitness levels are welcome, with options to modify or progress exercises as needed.

  • STRENGTHEN + SCULPT

    Our Reformer Flow classes use the Pilates reformer to deliver a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. With three adjustable resistance levels - light, medium, and heavy - exercises can be tailored for all abilities.

    Classes combine flowing sequences of lengthening, strengthening, and stabilising movements, with props and controlled breathing to enhance core engagement and posture. Modifications and progressions are provided, making each session suitable for every fitness level.

  • FLOW + ACTIVATE

    Our Mat Pilates Flow classes help you build full-body strength while finding your flow on the mat. Using props and light weights, you’ll be guided to activate, challenge, and strengthen key muscle groups through low-impact, controlled movements.

    These sessions also improve flexibility, posture, balance, and core stability, while promoting body awareness and a mind-body connection - creating a well-rounded workout suitable for all fitness levels.

  • FLOW + CHILL

    Our Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes combine movement and breath to create a dynamic, full-body practice. Flowing sequences challenge strength, improve flexibility, and build balance, while also enhancing core stability and posture. Each movement is designed to cultivate focus, mindfulness, and a sense of fluid energy throughout your practice.

    Classes also incorporate breathwork, mindful transitions, and moments of stillness to calm the mind and release tension. Every session finishes with a restorative Sivasana, leaving you feeling grounded, energised, and fully connected from head to toe.

  • STRENGTHEN + SWEAT

    Our Mat Pilates Strength classes are designed to challenge your body, build full-body strength, and get your heart rate up. Using Pilates techniques, targeted strength exercises, and a variety of props, each session helps you tone, strengthen, and improve overall fitness.

    Optional cardio bursts are included to boost endurance and push your limits, making every class a fun and effective way to enhance cardiovascular health, challenge yourself, and leave feeling strong, energised, and accomplished.

  • This session gives you a firsthand look at our facility, allowing you to explore our equipment, try out our space, and get a feel for our community. During your trial, our team will be available to answer any questions about our classes, services, and membership options.

    Available to locals only during staffed hours - Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

  • Relax with a 60-minute Infrared Sauna session - 45 minutes in the sauna followed by 15 minutes to freshen up in our showers, complete with body wash. A towel is provided for your session, though we recommend bringing an extra for added comfort. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival, and a staff member will guide you to your session.

  • Work one-on-one with a professional coach to reach your personal health and wellness goals. Each session is tailored to you, combining guided movement, strength and mobility work, and practical strategies for better energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Your coach will provide support, motivation, and advice that extends beyond the session, helping you make lasting lifestyle improvements.

  • Private Reformer Pilates sessions are a personalised way to start or deepen your movement practice. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you improve strength, balance, and flexibility, or safely support pre/post-natal movement and injury rehabilitation (with doctor’s approval). To book, complete the request form below or contact us to schedule with your preferred instructor.

By purchasing an Intro Offer, Casual Option, Membership and/or booking a class at Awake Gym + Wellness via outside parties, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Awake Gym + Wellness + it’s staff/contractors is/are not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes/workshops/privates that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class, check into reception/teacher prior

After cease of an Open Gym Membership the FOB key must be returned within 14 days to avoid a $9 fee to replace the token

All Non-Members must only come during staffed hours, tailgating in the Open Gym is not permitted, if a member engages in this behaviour there membership may lead to an instant termination

7 days notice is required for any suspension or termination of any membership

We reserve the right to refuse anyone access or service regardless of reservation/payment

We strive for little disruption to the timetable but classes/teachers are subject to change or cancel

People under 18 must have a legal parent/guardian sign a liability & under 18’s waiver

We care about our members experience, please adhere to our Gym + Studio etiquette:

Refrain from using technological devices in our space to ensure the respect of other’s experience

In our Wellness Studio please ensure your phone is on silent or flight mode or turned off before attending classes/workshops

We do not permit work boots in our Open Gym or Studio, please remove before entering the premises

Place all weights away after use + clean up chalk when used in Open Gym

Please be mindful + respectful of other patrons at all times
